He started his professional career as Electrical Superintendent with the Nigerian Bottling Company Plc, Ilorin Plant, Kwara State, Nigeria where he worked for Nine (9) years before proceeding to Nobicom Network Athens, Greece where he worked for Three (3) years, and then proceed to Alki Design and Construction Athens Greece where he worked for Eight (8) years as Electrical Engineering Technologist responsible for the effective implementation of Projects on Installation of Inverter and solar panel, Installation, Splicing and Certification of Fiber Optic Cable Single Mode and Multi-Mode, Installation and Maintenance of Building Management System (BMS), Electrical Installation and Maintenance (Domestic and Industrial), Home Automation, Security Alarm System, Fire Alarm Installation, Surveillance Camera (Design and Installation of CCTV system with DVR, NVR and the extended feature like Motion Detection, Video Analytic, Face Recognition) and Web Design, among others.

IDOWU, OLATUNJI OLUSHOLA (DIRECTOR) graduated from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with a B.Sc degree in Quantity Survey and Masters degree in Facilities Management. He also possesses a second Masters degree in Transport Management. Prior to this, he has OND in Quantity Survey and a certificate in Computer Science. He is a Member of Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveying (NIQS) and Associate Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (NIS).
He started his professional career as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor with Timothy Opaleke & Associates Chartered Quantity Surveyors & Project Manager. He also worked on various projects as Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor and Contract Admin Manager with STARCOST Associates, Agricultural & Rural Management Training Institute (ARMTI) Ilorin, LEKKI Essential Services Nig Ltd, ARC Nig Ltd, Civil Engineering & Building Contractors and TANUS Property Development Ltd.

FASUYI STEPHEN BIOLA, MNSE (Principal Partner/Project Manager) is a graduate of Electrical and Computer Engineering (B.Eng) and Facilities Management (Masters). Prior to these degrees, he obtained OND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an Advance Certificate in Engineering & Maintenance Services Management Study. He is an HP/COMPAQ Accredited Technician on Full Product Line, a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE Engineering Management SIG Member), Project Management Institute, USA (IT & Telecom SIG and College of Performance Management SIG), Engineers Without Borders International Network (Engineering for Developing Communities Member.
He started his professional career as Plant Operator with the Nigerian Paper Mills, Erin-Ile, Kwara State in the mid-80s. Worked as Industrial Trainee at various times with Nigerian Television Authority Ilorin, Systems Konsults Ltd and Beta Computers Ltd. He also worked as Field, Project Engineer/Manager, Consulting Engineer & General Manager with organisations such as Beta Computers Ltd, SAAP-Tech Nig Ltd, Nigerian Society of Engineers, LTG Technologies Ltd, National Engineering and Technical Company Ltd (A Subsidiary of NNPC), GUCONCIA Nig Ltd, among others. He is the Managing Director of Biofas Technologies Company.
He was a member of the Nigerian delegation lead by Nigerian University Commission, NUC to the School of Engineering, University of Borås, Sweden in November 2010 for collaboration on “Conversion of Wastes to Value Added Products, such as Electricity and Biogas, as a Blue Print for Waste Management in Modern Society and Resource Recovery”. Also, he’s one of the Selected Nigerian Engineers Seconded to South Korea by the Federal Government of Nigeria on the Agbami FPSO Project in 2005.
He has vast experience in Project Management & Control, Facilities and Engineering Maintenance Management, Electrical Engineering, Document Control & Information Management, Quality Control & Assurance, as well as Safety in Projects. He is responsible for all services relating to HSE and Occupational Safety in projects, Preparation and review of Clients HSE Management System documents such as HSE Manual, Security Plan, Fire & Emergency Evacuation Procedure Management, Waste Management Procedure, Green Building Electrical Design and Installation (Solar Powered Systems inclusive) and Installation/Maintenance of Access Control Systems, Fire Detection Alarm and CCTV Surveillance Systems.
